1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of products and services operated by Brand Finesse (trading as SignalOS), an Ireland-based company. Our services include web apps, mobile apps, and related offerings available at signalos.ai and on the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our products. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian who has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

Where our products require an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us at signalosai@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use our products lawfully and without infringing the rights of others. You must not:

• Transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Damage, disable, or impair the functionality of our products
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without our prior written permission

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or other authorised payment processors.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings; your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our products — including software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — belong to Brand Finesse or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit our products.

Content you create or input remains yours. By using our products, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide our services.

7. Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

We are not responsible for content you create or input, or for the accuracy of information obtained through our services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Finesse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Termination

You may stop using our products at any time. To delete your account, contact signalosai@gmail.com (or use the in-app account deletion in Settings).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue our products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, unless the consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you through our products or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
